(August 2, 2013, 1:08 pm)I was introduced to Shelley when she came to my home (as a surprise arranged by my husband) to cook a birthday dinner for me. And it was AMAZING. My children are still raving about it! Since that time we have been having Shelley create quick, on the go, entrées for us that meet certain specific dietary requirements we have been following. She is fabulous about trying new things, listening and understanding individual tastes and what we are needing. Can't say enough good things! Highly recommend.
