My mom fall a few weeks ago and needed surgery on her hip. After her surgery we met Reilly who was recommended by the case managers at the hospital. We toured the facility and it was really nice compared to other facilities I research online. During her time there the physical therapist and nurse staff were very nice and worked well with mom. The top nurse Margaret allowed us to contact her on her personal phone if we have any grievance or questions for my mom’s care. She was sent home later this week and the case manager Enedelia was much help with getting us what we need for my mom return home. I am very grateful for the care and diligence of the team. Thank you so much!
My grandma was at the end of her life and stayed at The Center. We knew it was coming and the staff went out of their way to console us during this difficult time. They showed my grandma compassion and dignity towards the end of her life. The best nurses anyone could ask for. Reilly helped get her admitted when no one else would. So grateful to spend the last days with my grandma in such a welcoming, caring environment.
The care here was outstanding. Reilly and her team went above and beyond to make sure we felt accommodated and well informed every step of the way. She procured a room and treatment in a top flight facility that left us feeling at ease during a very difficult moment. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone dealing with something similar.
My overall experience with the worker at the Center at Parmer was outstanding, from the front desk workers to the Rehab staffs and nursing staffs are just awesome . Their Rehab team is phenomena they work tirelessly with the residents to get them back to normal. When my patient started at the facility, she wasn’t able to stand , sit or walk without being assisted but in three months she is now able to stand a few minutes , sit in a chair without being assisted and she can walk with the assistance of a walker, The nursing staff goes above and beyond for their resident ( to name a few Alma, Tina, Ashley and the aides are great also) . In a few months I have grown to love and respect each of these individuals in the role that they play to assist my patients back to normalcy. Again bravo to all the Rehab staff and the nursing staff for the wonderful work that they are doing to each person that comes through those doors. Keep up the great work.
I have been so impressed with the friendly and caring service my brother is receiving from everyone here beginning with the chef Gabby who personally came to ask him about his diet and then went and shopped for him to accommodate his vegan diet! The nutritionist Maggie, the OT and the PT, the nursing staff...just everyone! The place is newer and clean. Rooms are nice. He is able to rest and get the services he needs to get home. Even the amazing receptionist at the front desk could not be nicer. Thank you Center at Parmer!
