Warm, welcoming, open, accepting…
NO PRESSURE to do anything specific...laid back but totally devoted to Jesus if that’s you...wear jeans (with holes in them, if you want!), wear flip flops, wear shorts...dress up...doesn't matter!
The friend who started taking me there said it was "come as you are" and she did not lie!
GENTLE reminder about giving...right before service and after the live music...just a reminder and a QR code to scan if you'd like to do that! They are very hip and hi tech! :)
NO PRESSURE! There’s none. But you’ll want to give. They have really great events, and so much more...look at the website!
Pastor Ben is very kind and funny and young (to me!) and wise, and he has a soothing voice! His sermons are SO easy to relate to and apply IRL if you’ll work at it; he knows just how to skillfully bring it all back around to Him. There are “guest speakers,” too.
You can join in from afar on YouTube, in real time, of course…but definitely visit in person; it’s a special place. I don’t think I ever TRULY knew gratitude until AVC. Now, it descends upon me all the time!
There was a LOVELY Pancake Breakfast recently…🥞 🥓☕️🫖🍊🫐!
I love this Church. It feels like home to me.
If anyone needs a beautiful atmosphere and wonderful people to be around. This is the place.🙏❤️🙏❤️ Much love and may blessings to all.
I am new to Texas and looked for two hours to find a new church home. I came late and was welcomed gracefully by every person I met.
The welcoming was wonderful as was a great free cup of coffee and doughnut to help ease the tension of a new place.
Afterwards I prayed with two people and was escorted afterwards to meet the pastor. I had an issue to discuss and pastor Ben scheduled a meeting with my fiance and I the next week.
I am so grateful to have found a church home that is both welcoming and provides an amazing teaching each week.
I highly recommend the Vineyard Austin as a church home for singles, youth, families
and married couples.
Love it here! We started coming about 7 years ago, and found ourselves a wonderful family of sweet and caring people. They have been so much more supporting than our biological family ever could. Trust me, if you are searching for good, genuine people. This is the place. And if you have any questions or doubts about faith. Bring them. Come as you are! There is no pressure or judging in this place!
Love this place. It’s been year and half that our family is part of this church. Teaching is based on the Bible. People serve here with the same passion every week. We are welcome the way we are. No judgement. This church has awesome kids ministry, food pantry to feed the hungry, community garden to share what Church has with community, nice worship, missions team and prayer team. You can see many ethnicities which makes you feel welcome. It’s like a whole package and you feel the love of God. Pastor shows practical examples while preaching which creates an everlasting impact to follow what is preached. I never reviewed a church before but I saw that many young people who are new to the area are relying on the reviews and felt it might help somebody to decide on choosing a good Church.
