  Update/revision to a previous negative review. The Service department is currently backed up by at least a month, so it takes a long time for them to get to your cart while it's in queue for service. Initially my review was negative, based on these extended wait times.
  
  Then Marcus contacted me and started coordinating work on the cart. His communication was top-notch and he provided many recommendations and quality answers as we searched for the best motor to speed up my cart. These guys know the industry and they know carts. He really went above and beyond, even arranging for the cart to be shipped back so I could use it while we awaited the replacement part's arrival. I simply can't say enough good things about our treatment and the quality of the service performed. Marcus even invited me in to test drive the finished cart and make sure I was happy before I paid for the service. This put things over the top and I'll keep going back to them because they took good care of us. Just excellent all around.
  
  I feel the need to dock 1 star because of the excessive wait times, but that's more a function of high demand than an issue with their service. They work meticulously and take the time to get it right. That's not necessarily a fault. Use these guys, they're worth the wait!!!!

  Kaleb was really nice and helpful. Really friendly and went out of their way to make sure i had what i needed. Highly recommend. I tried a few other places first and they were not willing to help but kaleb took the time and it really matters to me.

  Kaleb and his crew are great! I went in with a picture of what I wanted and they made my custom cart in 1 week!
  I didn't have to question Kaleb on anything, he always did the right thing. I would Def go back and use them again, keep up the good work guys!

  We purchased a club car from Kaleb at Kenfield Golf Cars and it was an amazing experience. We called and discussed what our needs were and Kaleb took the time to explain and advise us on what our best options and costs would be.
  He offered both new and used pricing.
  He never tried to sell us anything above and beyond what our desires were. Once we decided on a cart he called us several times with updates! He took care of our every need and delivered it to us exactly on the day he said he would. His professionalism and customer service skills were exemplary. Every place of business should strive for this kind of personnel! They paid close attention to the details and we never saw this golf cart until it was delivered. We did it all over the phone. It has been delivered and it is beautiful and we could not be happier. We highly recommend Kenfield Golf Cars, it was such a pleasure doing business with Kaleb!
