Isaac at Heritage was awesome. He went out of his way to get the parts to fix our Tesla and completely over delivered for us, getting us our car back in a shorter time than thought and totally detailed too. Looks great! I highly recommend these folks for your work.

Nice people and a good location, however, if you have a Tesla that needs repair I would recommend you go to Autocraft Bodywerks instead. I came here for an estimate but ultimately chose Autocraft Bodywerks as they work only on Teslas (and do a great job) and will work with your insurance company to get what you need done with no out of pocket.

The reason I recommended Autocraft Bodywerks is because they did a great job helping me get my car repaired, and you guys didn’t. I took my Tesla to you initially for an estimate and it was a frustrating process- it should have been a simple transaction. It felt very unorganized and took a long time to coordinate. The person I worked with didn’t seem to know what he was doing with my claim and I wasted a lot of time and hassle trying to ask him questions, call the insurance company and adjuster myself to figure out the process and how to get them to pay for my repair. When I got the estimate, the quote was over $3,000 what the insurance company offered. You guys didn’t want to go back and forth with them on the supplement, like most companies would, and just wanted me to pay out of pocket instead, so I found that strange. Autocraft Bodywerks was able to work with my insurance company to get the amount needed and fixed my car all within 3 days, when I had to leave my car at your shop longer than that to just get an estimate. So while I didn’t get work done with you, I did visit your location and work with you initially, which is why It’s not strange for me to leave this review.

Took my son's car for repairs. Wouldn't consider taking it anywhere else. Adrian took extra care of every detail. The car looks absolutely brand new and the metallic gray paint was matched expertly.

We had our Tesla Y repaired by Heritage. Our garage door started to close while we pulled in, and hit the lid of the trunk badly, so we sent it in. The job was beautifully done, looking like new. Jacob also helped us saved a lot of money by negotiating with our insurance company. We are absolutely happy with the entire process. So smooth and worry-free! Strongly recommend!

Heritage went above and beyond my own expectations and had my Tesla looking just as beautiful as the day I first got it. Jacob was spot-on with repair time and cost estimates even with it being so close to Christmas when I dropped the car off. I also appreciated his advice in regard to insurance providers to save me the most money out of pocket. Big thanks to the whole crew there for their work!
