You'll find Home Depot, Kohl's, Mooyah burger joint, Chipotle, there an independent coffee shop. I believe a ceramic studio is also there. You'll find a Wells Fargo on the on the corner.
It's easy in and out from all sides. Lakeline, Lake Creek and 183 access road.
