I am writing this on behalf of my spouse Dulinika Handuwala.She had cage free care and this was not just like another coverage, she had access to best quality service from family emergency room. Very flexible plan that give value to the services provided. We highly recommend this and family emergency room.

The service was wonderful, I no longer had health insurance from my previous employer so I signed up for a service plan with Cage free. Signing up was simple and easy and I didn't have to worry about setting an appointment. When I went to the Round Rock location the establishment was very clean with mask, water, and even a digital thermometer. After checking in at the front desk, I was seen within moments. All the staff was very kind and personable, and they ran every test in regards to my problem to assist me and advise me on what the next steps were. I left that day with more information on what was wrong and peace of mind not fear that I could be facing the worse case scenario.

Im so appreciative of this service! I get premium service for my family and myself at a more than reasonable price. My family was traveling out of state and my son got sick. The whole process was easy and we got him the medicine he need to get well with a couple of phone calls. This is an excellent service, easy and affordable. Thank you Cage Free!

We have been using our Cage Free Care family membership for a good while now... COMPLETELY satisfied! The customer care, accessibility, quality of doctors/staff has absolutely been top notch in our experience. I even had an unexpected emergency room visit... the doctor and staff were outstanding. I received an MRI, complete blood work, and treatment on site and was dismissed in under 2 hours... with no unexpected out-of-pocket expenses.
