I was enjoying the scenery of the tree & squirrels & birds through the big window in front of me and all of a sudden my dentist was working on my teeth. I was having a pleasant experience because he numbed my mouth so he could work. He fixed everything that needed fixing & sent me on my way to go home. I haven’t ever enjoyed getting dental work done in the past. This dentist provided a pleasant experience. That really made my day.
I am a 35+ year patient and in my upper 60s...my teeth are in great shape thanks to Staff at Buttercup Dental. Regular cleaning and checkups make huge difference for oral health. They have always been very accommodating, prompting and willing to explain procedures and options. I have had a few cavities and procedures; rarely experienced pain and Dr. Smith always calls to check up on you either that evening or in the following morning. A model of care!!
The wife agrees 100%.
Love Buttercup Dental! They are courteous, on time, and care for your overall health. Our hygienist is amazing and the doctor we see will make sure of the right plan you need before work is done.
I love every single one of you at Buttercup Dental. It’s evident that you genuinely care about your patients. Dr Smith is a very compassionate Dr and he cares and wants to inform his patients of the TRUTH not what they want to hear. I love this most of all!!
If I could give more stars I would. To say everyone at Buttercup genuinely cares is an understatement. I have not been to a Dentist in 7 yrs, I have an unrealistic fear of going and only go if I am in so much pain I can’t stand it. When I called the girl was very kind who answered and was able to get me in quickly. Marcia who was the dental assistant, was fantastic and handled my anxiety and tears when they surfaced (upon realizing I was going to have to come back) with such maturity and was very professional. She stayed calm, which in turn helped me. When Dr Smith came in, he was beyond calming and very straight forward in a very gentle manner while explaining what was going on in my mouth and what steps I realistically needed to do. Not once did he make me feel bad for my tears and fears, not once did he push procedures at me. He simply talked and presented options. Realistic options!! I am one who usually cancels the next appointment (once the pain is gone) and never goes back. However with Dr Smith’s caring nature and the kindness from his Staff, I can actually see myself going. Highly recommend Buttercup Dental 🥰
