I would've given a 5 star review however I couldn't due to it taking 3 days to get 1 tire replaced. With that being said they are getting 4 starts because their employees Omar and Terrance were both incredibly helpful, communicative, professional, and friendly throughout the process. They both followed up regularly and were very clear as to why the delays were happening. I can't speak more highly of Omar and Terrance at this Lamb's location. Had it not been for back office logistics (having to go through a 3rd party service) there is no doubt in my mind Lamb would've gotten the tire replaced faster.

Outstanding service at the Whitestone location! I was quickly helped upon arrival by Omar. He helped answer all my questions and took his time to explain a few things for me before taking my car in. I could’ve gone somewhere else, but what made my stop here for the first time was how friendly the whole staff was. The customer service is superb. The advisor and the techs took their time to show me a few things to look out for in the future, but never pressured me to purchase anything. I’m glad I came by today. Omar and the team made me feel comfortable and happy I stopped by! You’ve gained a new customer. Thank you, all!

Called in last minute on a Saturday not expecting availability for that day. The gentleman was very friendly said they would be able to knock out both an oil change and state inspection same day. I dropped my car off at 3pm and it was ready in less then an hour! Friendly and quick services, prices were very reasonable as well!
