The customer service is Top-notch. I had a crack screen on my iPhone, and they slapped on a brand new replacement less than an hour. really impressed with their technical knowledge and quick service.

I was having issues with my charger not staying in the charging port and charging my phone. Looked and called around to different places. Saw on Google that this place was down the street from me. Went in and told them my issue, they looked at it and test their charger then mines. Said to give them a second and they would clean the port for me. They did a quick deep clean and now it works perfectly. Didn't even charge me! Even after I offered to pay.
