My son’s dentist (Dr. Good at Leander Dental) referred us to Dr. Smith at Freedom Orthodontics as our 11 year old son has all of his teeth in but some crowding resulting in his canine tooth out of place. Appointment set up was easy and their hours including Saturday made it easy to set up our initial consult. Dr Smith was very friendly and thorough with his explanation of his plan of treatment and explaining why our son would benefit from braces. Agnes (practice manager) was very sweet and explained our payment options as well as answering follow up questions we had. Overall we were pleased with our first time experience here and will likely go ahead with getting our son braces with them. -Solis Family

As an older adult getting her first braces, this experience was great. Dr. Brendan Smith is very personable and took plenty of time explaining my options. The office staff is very professional and friendly. Agnes, the manager, did a great job explaining the process and helping me find discounts for my payment. My overall experience with Freedom Orthodontist was amazing. The place is well kept, organized and smells great. The employees were all nice and very experienced. They handled all their work and tasks quickly. I came for a new set of retainers in which help and gave me many advices on which to get. Agnes was the one who mainly talked to me and guide me through the whole process. She was so informative and patient with my questions. You can tell she knew her stuff. And throughout the whole process, she made me feel great about getting retainers and comfortable about asking all these questions. End of the day, I would definitely recommend this place.
