Call them up to make a reservation and i am told to drop by anytime. This was surprising to me as i have been here and its always busy. So i confirm again and start out immediately. 20 mins later i am at the store and they say appointments only. Not available until later in evening. Called the number again to confirm i did call the right number. Havent had such an experience before at any store. Not sure they value customers time.

Update: Changing from 1 star to 4- I am quite confident on what I heard over call especially since I confirmed it again. However based on my past experience which has been good and considering this could be a genuine miscommunication, I am changing the rating significantly. I intend no harm to any business.

Last weekend I went for a haircut. Anne gave a hair cut which is shorter than I expected. (I never had my hair that short) I felt very comfortable. I got lot of compliments for my new haircut. Anne knows what she's doing. Thank you, Anne!

Amy did a wonderful job in our haircut and full highlights. She is more than 20 years of experience with hair cutting and styling. The experience was comfortable and I am satisfied with the prices and services offered.
