To be totally transparent I am not a patient of Courtney's, however she is a very dear friend of mine-so of course I can't see her as my therapist! I do see a professional as well and much of the advice she gives me as a friend aligns with my own professional's opinion. I will say that she is a great listener and empath as well as an observer with a fantastic intuition, she helps you talk through your obstacles without criticism and eye opening Qs to help you get to where you want to be. It doesn't happen overnight but she'll be there for you to see you through.

By far the best therapist I’ve seen. She is genuine, kind, attentive, flexible and extremely knowledgeable. She is the embodiment of a true professional. It is evident that she really cares about her patients and her practice. I always look forward to seeing her, and will certainly continue to do so. Highly recommend.
