When we decided to sell we had an idea of what the market value would be, and we decided to have realtor, Matthew Perez represent us. To our surprise, our realtor gave an initial estimate that was above our expectations. His attentiveness to our requests put us at ease when having to open the property to potential buyers to view. With Matthew's work in posting our property in the best light possible we got a generous cash offer within 30 days of placing the house on the market. After arriving to San Antonio and realizing the house I initially leased was not In a safe area, I chose to vacate and begin my search again. A friend referred me to Bill so I emailed him letting him know my situation, search criteria, and budget. The next morning (sun) he sent me a few listings to review and we scheduled a time to meet on Monday to tour some homes in the local area. By Wed I decided to put in an application and not even 8 hours later, Bill informed me I had been approved! He worked late into the night the day before Thanksgiving for my family and I because he knew just how quickly we needed to get into a new home. By Saturday I had the keys and couldn't have been happier!
