(December 29, 2020, 6:32 pm)Highly recommend this gym! The staff members are extremely nice and the trainers are very knowledgeable. I have had my trainer, Jeff, for 2 months now and have developed a great deal of confidence and strength! Not only is the training awesome but the facility is immaculate! It's nice having a space to go where the staff have taken ALL precautions to keep member's health safe!

(October 25, 2019, 2:14 am)Clean gym. Small space but has everything you would need in a gym. Members take care of the gym a lot better than bigger gyms.
(July 17, 2019, 11:43 am)The name says it all. Fitness on your timetable. The facility is clean, convenient, with a friendly staff. Security entry with membership and camera surveillance, so if workout early or late, late you feel secure.
