We moved into Bexley Lakeline about 7 months ago after conducting thorough search and comparisons with other properties in the area (RR 620 & 183). This was our 1st choice based on proximity to 183/Mo Pac, 45, Cap Metro Rail, Brushy Creek Regional Trail system, shopping and dining. Additionally, this property stands in contrast to others based on its appearance and situation; well maintained, aesthetically pleasing with walking paths through trees due to ample building spacing, quiet because property is set back off roads with trees as sound/visual buffers. We also like the amenities such as the pool and hot tub. Our apartment suits our personal needs and wants so much so we upgraded to a unit with an assigned garage.
We have been completely satisfied with property management, especially Shana and Kylie and responses to questions and requests. The maintenance requests are always dealt with in a very responsive manner; timely and thorough. Each and every member of this team tries to fulfill their duties, especially David and Ray.
Overall, security, safety and quality of life here have exceeded our expectations. Theft occurs at the package center and mail building as with every other property we considered. In our opinion this is a design flaw; mail and package centers should not be isolated on properties but perhaps located internally such as behind welcome centers. The property to our knowledge is safe to traverse especially from parking to apartments - no issues or concerns.

I have been living here for 3 years, and I must say, its the people that make a place livable. I have experienced great customer service from both the front office but especially the maintenance team. I have submitted some maintenance requests over the years and they have always been taken care of promptly and efficiently. I have had David take care of my maintenance requests, and he is THE best! Always super quick, professional, thorough and offering to help however he can. I've noticed he is always friendly when residents are walking around the community, he is a great example of good customer service.
