  Best real estate I ever worked it. He cares about his customers like his family and willing to help solve problems together. I feel very lucky to find Chad Realty Group after long days of research.   We recently got the house for rent in Round Rock area. Chad helped us to make successful contract. My family is so excited to live new living area. I just "Highly recommend " him and his group, he is just great, kind, detailed, and he is doing well to reach-out whenever I need. Hope that I would like to work with him again someday for buying my house. Thanks, Chad.

  I just closed on my house in Round Rock, and it was very pleasant experience working with Chad in the last few months. When I first started looking for a house in Austin area, I was overwhelmed by whole processes (and by the extremely competitive market). I almost gave up on my first project, then everything began to change ever since I met Chad. I asked him a lot of dumb questions, but he was very patient and kind enough to answer all of them and he addressed all my concerns as well. Whenever asking for suggestions or recommendations, he gave me all available and reasonable options and helped me to find one works best for me. I strongly believe that buying a house doesn’t have to be stressful or painful, as I really enjoyed the whole process. I strongly recommend him if you’re looking for a realtor in Austin area. I’ll definitely work with him again for my next project.

  I would definitely recommend Chad for your Austin Real estate agent. My husband and I relocated from another state so finding a good real estate agent was very important. We had a few other agents who were willing to work with us but we decided to move forward with Chad because he was always on top of his clients, very responsive and knowledgeable. I will definitely reach out to him again if we plan to buy another house in the future.

  We came across Chad through a friend. He is a professional real estate agent and has genuinely become a trusted advisor throughout the home buying journey. Given the craziness of the Austin real estate market, there were many things to think through but he came in with an approach / strategy that was well structured and reasonable. We were able to secure a good deal through his guidance. I will definitely continue to work with him on any future opportunities that may come. Our experience with him was wonderful and we highly recommend working with Chad.
