“Started training last week for the first time in a long while. The instructors are patient and detail oriented. They want to make sure you get what you came in for and that’s a great skill set. Starting with the basics, for me all over again, but enjoying the instructors attitude and demeanor. I also witness how they teach the younger kids. Those kids will have a great attitude, patience, and warrior like skill set because of the examples led by. So glad I finally joined!”

“Been our family physician for over 15 years. This visit was at the Ronald Reagan Clinic. NP was 15+ minutes late but after my exam I can understand why because it was so complete and comprehensive. Got a referral to a pulmonary clinic, an endocrinologist, and two Rx's ordered. Reminded the staff that their brochure for services provided does not have any phone number to call. Shows they are as human as the rest of us”

“We have only been with Emler Swim School of Cedar Park for a few months, but we are already in love with it! The staff at Emler are the sweetest and our daughter loves going there each Saturday! They greet us with the kindest smiles and words, and it truly makes her feel so special! Coach Veronica is excellent and has the greatest amount of patience as she works with her students each week! As a parent, I know how hard it can be to get a 3 1/2 year old focused and cooperative, especially when they are so excited to be in the water, and Coach Veronica seems to do it with ease and a smile on her face the entire time! “We've visited the Family Emergency Room more times than I wish to count over the years, and every time we get premium service. From the moment we enter the doors, to the days following our emergency, you can tell just how much the staff, nurses, and doctors truly care. We have never waited for more than a few minutes to be taken back. The front desk staff, nurses, and doctors are always friendly and eager to help. I trust them and they have never let us down. Last year we took our daughter to a different emergency care center bc it was closer, only to receive sub-optimal care. Her bones needed to be set as soon as possible, and that ER would not do it. We immediately headed to Family Emergency Room and they were able to help her and get us on our way until we could see an orthopedic specialist. I am so grateful for their help that night and each time we've had an emergency.”
