We stopped by last minute for some advice and information about troubleshooting our leveling system for our 2008 motorhome. We called them first and explained our situation and that we were next door at the truck stop. We pulled in, and without hesitation they came over to our rig to see what they could do to help. We left with peace of mind and happy we made stopped in to get it checked out.

I'm very pleased with my experience here. My wife and I own our own business, being self employed- financing can be tricky. Teri went above and beyond to help us and personally worked with the lender to get us the travel trailer we wanted. After approval and when we arrived to pick up our new unit, their staff had it plugged in and ready to go. Their tech walked us through the unit and explained the dos and don'ts, was very polite and accommodating. They made the paperwork portion of the sale quick and painless. Overall it was a very pleasant, quick and personal experience- highly recommend!

We had just had our RV State Inspection done at Crestview RV. They didn't have time to help do our de-winterizing, plus it was costly to have them do it. We went to Country Tyme RV Center and they were happy to do it! They said they like to help people. They not only did that, but we had purchased our RV from Explore USA and bought a camera package to use for backing up. We were unable to get it to work. The owner at Country Tyme, Jason, had his guys try to set it up for us. They worked on it for over an hour and found that wires were broken and in bad shape. Anyway they weren't going to let us pay them. They couldn't fix it then, but wanted to keep it and try to fix it for us. They ALL were so friendly and kind to us. I even took photos while I was there and then offered to take a group photo for them and found out two of them were retiring. It was so much fun being there! Really, really, good people. They know their stuff when it comes to RV's!! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them for any services you need on your RV. They don't do inspections, but they do everything else!!!! Thank you Jason for making "us" feel like part of the family!
