  Kitty was great! Everyone I have worked with at U-Haul has been difficult, rude or condescending but Kitty wasn't. She went out of her for us and was caring. Moving is difficult enough without dealing with inconsiderate people but Kitty was the one exception to that. I will use her directly over dealing with Uhaul next time.

  5 Stars is not enough! After calling over 8 locations with no one answering KITTY with RED POPPY STORAGE answered right away! In a time when customer service has bottomed out Kitty is the breath of fresh air! Her above and beyond to help us get a trailer for our urgent needs was a blessing! I spend my morning in panic when our reservation was confirmed for another location and we showed up and they said "oh well sorry about your luck we dont have any"- I was in tears! I will never waste my time again with other UHAUL locations ! I will go directly to RED POPPY and talk w Kitty! I am also a commercial builder and have many rental and storage needs on our jobs and again... RED POPPY and Kitty get my business for life!

  Kitty is amazing. I looked all over Austin and Bastrop county to find a uhaul dealer that would shoot straight. I found that at Red Poppy . Kitty gave me the facts. Confirmed the physical truck. Her communication was 5 star! We drove up to Georgetown from Smithville to get a 20 foot truck...it was THERE! No wasted trip...quick efficient check in and excellent product. Kitty's word is gold...I will be a forever customer for sure.

  I highly recommend Red Poppy Self Storage and U-haul!! The owner, Kitty Voorhis has the best customer service...hands down!! Although, the internet was not working due to an overnight storm, she had us on our way in no time at all!! Thank you Kitty!! We enjoyed visiting with you!!
  NOTE: Due to glitches in GPS mapping and not the owner, please use "Red Poppy Self Storage and U-haul" to get the correct directions using Google or Apple Maps. The highway address will take you to the opposite side of town. (West of I35 instead of East of I35)

  We were re-routed (by U-Haul) to pickup our rental here and what originally seemed to be an inconvenience turned out to be a major blessing. Kitty was extremely helpful and a real pleasure to rent from. She went above and beyond to assure we had a good experience with our U-Haul rental - even calling us back after we returned our rental to assure we didn't have any issues.. If we need to rent in the Georgetown TX area again, we'll rent from Red Poppy Self Storage & U-Haul...without a doubt.
