(April 30, 2020, 11:42 pm)Today, I needed to speak to someone in loans and someone in customer service. I can't tell you the last time I've interacted with nicer people. Sergio, in loans, was helpful, patient, extremely
knowledgeable and courteous. He even saved us money on our loan. He then transferred me to Natalie, in customer service, who patiently helped me reset my online info. She, too, had the same qualities as Sergio. She helped me understand all the benefits of A Plus. Thank you for employing such great people.
