(March 29, 2023, 11:12 am)They were very outstanding. One of the best customer service I have received in a long time. They answered questions that I did not even know I needed to ask. They were very caring, compassionate, and patient in my time of pain. They took very good care of our fur baby chewy. They did a beautiful job and he's now back home with us. I would highly recommend them.
(January 26, 2023, 10:51 am)A family death was unexpected, & I was not at all prepared for dealing with that. & I was absolutely not ready for carrying out his last wishes. It was made as easy as it could possibly have been. I consider myself lucky to have chosen A Plus, because the person helping us was so genuinely sympathic _ empathetic & just obviously good hearted -- it helped ease some of the sorrow of our loss & this task.

(January 14, 2023, 11:06 am)Mom passed away recently and we chose A Plus Cremation of Texas to handle the transportation and cremation of her body. We were very happy with the service, the pricing, and our frequent interactions with the owner. Chris Tapia was wonderful from the start. He’s a good communicator and very responsive. He explained the process and pricing up front. We needed death certificates to be overnighted; Chris got them out the same day and followed up to make sure we got them. Chris met with me the day I picked up the ashes and I found him to be a warm, caring man. He has a lot to be proud of. A Plus Cremation of Texas and Chris Tapia get an A-Plus from us! (January 9, 2023, 8:52 pm)I found Chris by searching google. My family needed to get ready for the inevitable, losing mom. He answered his phone and answered all of my exhausting questions with kindness and respect. When it came time, Chris and his team did just what he said they would. The service was top notch! The price was exactly as quoted. Once mom came back to us, the pick up was in a quiet setting where we felt comfortable and again the team answered all of our questions. I highly recommend Chris and A Plus Cremation of Texas! It's a necessary service, but how it's delivered matters. Thank you, thank you for taking such good care of us when our hearts were broken and life changed forever.

He answered all of our questions and made the entire process one less thing that we had to worry about. In addition, the staff that came to our home was so incredibly respectful and kind that we were all able to breathe a little easier as they took our sister to their facility.
