Mac Haik Lincoln

Okay,,, when you look at a truck(Ford Explorer Sporttrac, that's supposedly been fixed, then it breaks again before you drive away, and the want to keep it for another week, something AIN'T right. Sales woman was lost, not forthcoming about the problems ahead of time, and just wanted to make a sale and push you out the door. Not good for business at all. Most disappointing experience.

We went to a lot of dealerships during our car shopping but Mac Haik Round Rock had one of the most courteous and welcoming staff. Steven was one of the best car salesmen we have seen. Steven and Jason helped us get a plugin hybrid. The finance options were costly with the currently high interest rates and we paid a little over MSRP which wasn't great either. But overall pleasant and recommended.

Art Espinosa was great. No pressure, and found me a deal with most of what I wanted. Lower payment, comfortable SUV. Fully covered for the life of the loan. Friendly and a delight to deal with.
