Peaceful Spirit Ranch

Stayed a whole month here and enjoyed it so much. It was very peaceful thoroughly enjoyed my stay! Hope to be back again there someday.

I wish I could give this ranch more stars. I stayed at the Tiny House for my birthday weekend. I decided to take a sort of retreat. I am a mother of 2 and a teacher, and I am never alone. I needed some solitude, peace and quiet.
The moment I arrived at the house, my shoulders immediately relaxed and there was an immediate release of tension. Every aspect of the home whispered peace. I don't know how to explain it but it even smelled peaceful.
Delana was the most amazing host. She surprised me with snacks and anything j could need for my stay was readily available. She even personalized items for my special needs. She gave me a tour of the property, including the beautiful pregnant cows. She gave me space when I needed it but let me be as involved as I wanted to be.
I had the MOST incredible experience with the horses. She guided me through an exercise in which I felt healing in my spirit and connected on an energy level with the horses. It was the most remarkable experience and I took away so much from it that I can apply to my daily life.
I could not recommend staying in this space that feels like a world away from the hectors of everyday life but is just a very short drive away!
I am already planning my next stay!

What a magical place that truly is peaceful! Staying at the peaceful spirit ranch was such a wonderful time. Delana was the best host, she was so kind and accommodating throughout the entire stay. We stayed in the tiny house which over looked a meadow, it was the cutest and the views were awesome! Watching the horses graze from the front porch during sunset was such a delight. From feeding the cows and horses, (and actually getting to bond with the horses - my favorite part), to exploring a spring fed pond, and hanging out under 100+ year old oak trees, every bit was filled with magic! The heart and soul Delana puts into the ranch makes the experience that much more special and genuine! I highly recommend the experience to anyone and everyone, taking time to get back to the basics and recharge is so important - and this is the perfect place to do it! Truly a little slice of Texas paradise. Thank you Delana!!!

My husband and I were looking for a quiet, farm like tiny house for a weekend getaway, that was 3-4 hours from home. I was delighted when this came up in my search, and immediately booked a weekend in October 2021. We had an incredible time, my husband made friends with Ticket, Delana’s beloved horse, while I made friends with the dogs. The tiny house was more than I could have hoped for, it was amazingly peaceful made us feel so connected to nature. It was just what we needed to unwind. I couldn’t have been happier, the farm and all the animals were such a great treat for us. We are definitely planning another visit, as soon as we can. Thank you so much for everything Delana, you made us feel like friends, which made the getaway even more special. We will see you soon.

I’ve been out to Peaceful Spirit Ranch a number of times and each experience has been unique and wonderful: watching the sun set over the bottom pastures; walking the dirt roads; observing the horses going out after breakfast and returning at night; sorting through the wildlife sounds at the fish house; admiring the big steer carefully watching over an injured calf; or just sitting on the porch with an old friend. I leave everything behind when I drive through those gates and something just sweeps me off to a really good place to be. Thanks Delana for sharing such an awesome place with all of us!
