Our regular service person is fantastic (but quality of others varies--we're sad when we get a substitute). Repair people have always been extremely knowledgeable and helpful...no pressure to up sell or do more than necessary.

(September 11, 2023, 8:10 am)We’ve been using Pool Chem Plus for nearly 2 years. They do a great job keeping our pool and hot tub clean and their communication around rescheduling is great. We’ve had a couple of issues in the 2 years, but their customer service is excellent and our problems are always resolved quickly and to our satisfaction. Highly recommend this reliable, friendly pool cleaning company.
