(February 10, 2020, 6:46 pm)Yesterday there were some unexpected obstacles with my insurance provider. They wouldn't fill my prescription in the dosage prescribed. It was very stressful. Shannon patiently answered my questions and made sure I knew what the next steps would be in procuring my meds. The projected time to get my proper prescription refill was a couple of weeks. Imagine my surprise when Shannon called this morning after taking time out of her busy work day to get in touch with the right people, saying she'd gotten it all squared away, and I could pick up my entire 90 day supply today, with the correct dosage and everything! She really went above and beyond, saving me so much grief and making me feel like a valued customer instead of just some name in the system.
