Mulligan’s

It had been 6+ years since I was at Mulligan's because it had been a forgettable experience. Because a member in our party of had described a recent enjoyable experience at Mulligan's, we decided to take our out-of-town guests to lunch there! WOW! What a difference! Upon entering the restaurant we felt immediately buoyed up by the warm welcome provided by captivating host KEN! Ken's demeanor and personality set the tone for what turned out to be a memorably delightful experience! Thank you Ken - you are an incomparably gracious host, and a charming, articulate communicator!
The beautiful poised CADENCE was superbly attentive to every detail! Our menu selections were prepared to delicious perfection! The dining room's ambiance was delightful to settle into and stay awhile! The restrooms were clean and easy to maneuver in and well-stocked!

Had lunch here with my mom and sister. The waitress was very nice. I had fajitas with cake with a whole plate of sides. Great value for the money. It was pretty busy in there, but not too loud.

This is my neighborhood "pub" and I really love the atmosphere and sense of humor the owner Nels has. I hate to see so many negative reviews and while I've had a couple of experiences that weren't quite up to par overall it's a great community restaurant with good prices, really decent food and normally great service.

My only complaint (or more accurately a request) is that they carry Shiner Light Blonde on tap or even in a bottle. It's a great Texas beer well liked by all of my friends.

I eat breakfast here frequently with my parents. The food is pretty standard and the prices are good. I have always found the staff to be kind and friendly. Yes, there may be a wait for your food. As with all restaurants now, there is a shortage of staff and a high turnover rate. Be patient.

My one and only complaint is that I have never had hashbrowns I felt were cooked correctly. They are either barely cooked or practically burned on the outside and uncooked inside. I believe the kitchen staff is rushing to get orders out and not letting them cook. This could easily be corrected.

Overall, this is a wonderful community restaurant and will always be a mainstay for us.
