Everyone was very friendly and very helpful. Had appointments and checked in 30 minutes early. Wait time wasn't bad at all. We were called back within 15 from scheduled appointments. Was a very pleasant experience! Will be back here again for sure !

I would give 100 stars if I could. My son is special needs with autism and cerebral palsy so getting his ID made was an event to say the least. The staff was so helpful especially Kevin. Can not thank them enough for getting us in and out in speedy time. Thank you!!

You do you have to have an appointment and still wait an hour??? No real info online and the phone number leads to a completely automated system. I gave 4 stars cause the employees were really nice

Had my Middle Son in the Georgetown DPS office this past Monday to take his driving test. We were processed by Mickey. Not at all what I was expecting. I guess I was expecting their to be an impatience from the employees. That is not at all what my son and myself experienced. Mickey was courteous, professional, patient and respectful towards us and our needs. My apologies to Mickey for not getting his last name. But he was amazing!

From start to finish, our experience obtaining a Texas driver's license with the DPS was painless and smooth. The Texas DPS website guides you through the process to make an appointment, and provides all the forms you need to fill out as well as a checklist to make sure you have all the documentation you need. Our DPS agent was Wonderful and made the experience enjoyable from start to finish. She commented on the fact that we were so prepared, yet I give credit to the website.
