Service King Collision Georgetown (Now Crash Champions)

Great customer service I had one concern and it was taken care of my car still looks beautiful after all the rain that we had how's the highly recommend them

I haven’t even picked up my car yet and I’m willing to give them a 5 star, based on the customer service I’ve had so far. I’ve spoken to Jeremy and Lynn and both of them have been nothing but super helpful and accommodating of any inconvenience that has come up in the repair process. They communicate very well and overall just so friendly. I’m very blessed this is the location and the customer service experience I’ve had during this time. Thank you!

It has been very stressful in trying to get my car repaired due to a backordered part. The communication with this location is phenomenal though. When I call to get an update, they (mostly Jeremy) have been very informative and respectful about updates and given advice and I get regular text updates as well so I don't have to call all the time.
They can't be blamed for parts that are backordered throughout the country but it can be frustrating when one is left with no means of transportation. Communication is important to me so I'm very grateful they've kept me informed throughout the whole process. I don't have my car back yet but I feel comfortable writing this review.

My husband wrecked his car. Service King was amazing. Job was done quickly and everything looks great. Will definitely use Service King again!
