(July 7, 2023, 8:57 am)Noe was amazing!! He had great customer service rapport, and had me at ease and laughing. He just made it a fun experience instead of a mundane task. Erick was also very helpful and professional. The service was quick and it was easy to get in and out, even the day before a holiday! Will definitely return!
(May 29, 2023, 7:56 pm)Got my oil changed here 2 weeks ago and the service was very good, but it didn't stop there. 2 weeks later the car is leaking oil very quickly so I took it back in for them to check. They showed me the issue (not related to the oil change) and made sure I had enough oil to get it home safely until I figure out where to get it fixed. The manager also sent me with a couple of pads to put under the car along with some solution to clean up the mess. Great service!
(April 11, 2023, 11:21 pm)Honestly it was the only place that had both my filter and oil type out of 4 of my normal spots. To my surprise the staff was very friendly and quick but the reason I feel like most of anyone I know stays away from Jiffy Lube do to price. It’s like 30% more than anywhere I go.
(January 4, 2023, 7:27 pm)I went in for an oil change they came back saying that my brake fluids were bad so I went ahead and got a brake fluid exchange as well they took all of the oil out of my car and put little to none back in it then proceeded to let me drive out of the business with no oil after I had told them I was making a very big trip from Georgetown to Whitney Texas this caused more engine problems than were there to begin with and put me and my daughter at risk. what took me off guard was the fact that everyone I came into contact assured me and made me feel safe when in fact I rode out of there in danger.
Edit, I was contacted by both the owner and the person who performed my oil change apologized to given a full refund they topped off my oil and made sure that everything was safe to go before I left thank you Jiffy Lube!
