Alex and Misty both are amazing! I signed up with a unit for another location and was sent here by the kiosk because there isn’t someone always available where I rent.
Misty helped get me checked in with the unit I needed and answered all of my questions. Alex helped out a few days later figuring out a larger unit and moving out of the old and into the new one. Thank you both so much for being helpful and understanding!!
I stopped by to pay for my dads unit and the property looked so nice! The manager Alex was very friendly and answered each of my many questions professionally. Customer service 10/10!
"Dan the Man" is what I called him by the time I left. He helped me out so much with getting into a unit. He had personality and was extremely knowledgeable about the company. Not to mention the property looked really good, you can tell they keep everything well maintained. Made me feel better about storing my belongings there!
Alex was bright even tho it was early in the morning. She is super helpful in explaining the process and she didn’t make me feel bad for bringing in my own lock. Thank you Alex I haven’t received customer service like that in a long time. There are still good people.
Almost 2 yrs ago my son reminded me that I needed to get 'my boxes' moved from Austin back to Dallas. I had seen a convenient Public Storage unit open some time before in a very convenient location. So I stopped by & rented one. There have been a few changes in management (people who were always helpful) but Dan has even surpassed the helpfulness previously mentioned. I have learned that in the aging process we slow down physically but we are also declining a bit in all other aspects. Dan has reached out to be helpful to me in several ways...recovering from a late payment that snuck up on me, helping me set up an auto pay, & then helping me figure out why the last auto pay was declined(a change that Chase made that I did not know about or fully understand) but was corrected today by my bringing in my new card. All of the above were handled by Dan in a polite & understanding way which helps us 'older folk' continue to age more gracefully! And, that is greatly appreciated. The office is always neat, clean and well organized. The times I have gone to the actual unit, it has always been clean, well lighted & the temperature very comfortable. So, three cheers to those who saw Dan's potential & hired such a fine young man! Thank you very much.
