Very thorough in explaining everything that's happening on the visit, and they are transparent about costs, out of pocket, insurance, etc. Nearly everyone is friendly, with sincere greetings, smiles and so on. this is all important to me because going to the dentist can be unsettling, and so the warmth of the staff helps me immensely. I dropped a star because the reception when entering the front door didn't feel as welcoming, barely a mutter, no eye contact very sterile unfortunately.”
