The Customer Service is by far the Best I’ve ever received. Very professional and efficient. I got my oil changed, an inspection and tire rotation all at once through the Express Lane. I love that they’re willing to clean my car before I leave. Also, shout out to my salesman Garrett. I’ve had my car almost two years and Garrett checks on me and helps me with whatever I need, he’s the BEST!! Hands down Don Hewlett has a great group of people!! Go see them if you need a car, truck or SUV. You won’t be sorry❤️❤️

Everyone at Don Hewlett was very friendly and helpful in this car buying experience. When I called into see if the truck was still on the lot, Ronnie Bradford helped me out immensely. And although he wasn't able to help me at the moment, he made sure I was well taken care of when I came in to meet with Phillip Davis. Phil was awesome, personable and great to work with. It was unlike any other car buying experience I've had. It is especially tough these days finding/buying a vehicle. Phil went out of his way to make sure I was well taken car of and got into the truck that I wanted. He was helping me like he was buying the truck for himself. I will definitely be back for future purchases with Phil, and any one that I can push his way.

Ryan Hewlett is friendly, kind, and an excellent listener. Found us the perfect vehicles for our family and at reasonable prices. Never once did we have to endure a cheesy sales pitch or feel like we were being taken for a ride. (Excuse the pun). Everything at Don Hewlett Chevrolet is a relaxed and laid-back experience, while still being informative and helpful. It is obvious customer appreciation and satisfaction are top priorities at this family owned dealership, that treats you like family. Service department is also top notch. I really could go on and on, especially after having such a horrible experience recently with a different Chevrolet dealership. Bottom line if you don't want to deal with pushy salesmen who talk over you without even listening to what your concerns are, then this is the spot for you! Will be coming here for all our future purchase and service needs!

I brought my Corvette in for the state inspection. I was greeted immediately. Jacob took excellent care of my Corvette. The team got it inspected, washed, and ready to go very quickly. Everyone was friendly and eager to help. My Corvette was sparkling clean inside and outside. Checkout was easy. Don Hewlett service was great!

Joseph worked with us today to get us in a great car. I had shopped at several dealerships, ended up calling them when I found a similar car available at their lot. The car was priced at more than the other car I was looking at and had more miles so I asked if they were willing to negotiate before I even drove there. They were not only willing to negotiate but made us feel very welcome and helped us stay within budget. We ended up in a completely different car than we had initially gone to see. Joseph spent ALL day with us showing us different cars, walking us through everything, and allowing us to test drive multiple cars without having to go through hoops.

Other dealerships we visited (Mercedes Benz of Austin, BMW of Austin, Discovery Auto etc) didn't seem to want to earn our business. It was very much so "you like it or not? If not, see ya" where I felt much more welcomed and at home with Joseph right off the bat. He didn't over promise things like a traditional salesman that you aren't actually going to get, he was honest and knowledgeable.

Additionally the finance manager was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and didn't push anything on us that we didn't need. He was upfront about what was necessary and what was not so we didn't leave paying more than we needed to or wanted to.

We would definitely come back to work with them again in the future. Keep in mind, if you are a self shopper like myself and just drive the lots before talking to someone, the prices aren't 100% accurate and were actually marked down more than what was listed so it paid off to talk to someone.

Easily the best place to have my film developed. Great quality work at a very fair price and fast! Nolan is very knowledgeable on film and photography as well.

The results are awesome! It came earlier than I thought. I dropped the film at 3ish and they sent me the results at 6:30. The owner gave me a mini tour and so helpful. As a newbie in film camera, I was totally satisfied with the service!
