Everyone I encountered there was very knowledgeable and answered any questions that I had. After getting all the info I could, they made it really easy to chose them for my training. “Absolutely stellar experience with Monte. I found him on craigslist where he advertises his refurbished pianos. We found a perfect console piano for my mum, she didn't need anything amazing. I communicated with Monte via text and even sent my piano instructor up to test the piano. He got to see a selection of spectacular pianos that Monte has repaired and highly recommended I complete the sale. Monte was flexible on delivery and the whole process truly couldn't have been easier. He showed up with his trailer and another person to help with the delivery. I just had to open doors. Really love our new piano! Piano rebuilding skills apart, Monte himself is just a gem. Humble, considerate and reliable. Harkens me back to the time where craftsman took absolute pride in their work. No overselling or under delivering. What you see if what you get. The piano is exactly what was described (which included its minor flaws clearly described). Can't recommend enough.”
