FM 685 Animal Hospital

I have nothing but praises for this vet clinic. Dr. Manor was the doctor who initially helped us diagnose my dog with cancer a few months ago, and I never met her in person because of the restrictions in place at the time, but she was wonderful and so kind on the phone. We found out my dog had cancer and would have a limited time left with us. The time finally came when we had to let him go. I was able to get an appointment the very next day. Everyone was so nice to us. We were given our own room and told we could have as much time as we needed. We were walked through the whole process by the staff. Dr. Carter was the vet that was helping us through this process. She was amazing. When the time finally came, she brought our dog a bowl of whipped cream and cheese whiz after we told her it was his favorite treat. We were able to spend time with him afterwards, and no one rushed us. This was my first experience doing this, but my brother-in-law was with me and had done this before and said this was the best experience he'd ever had, as awful as this type of experience goes. If you are looking for a practice to care for you and your pet, I highly recommend you check them out.

Dr. Carter and her staff were very caring and compassionate when we had the unfortunate task of accompanying a family member in helping their beloved dog transition into the next life. They first asked questions about the pet's behavior and recent activity followed by an examination then fully explained how gentle and peaceful the procedure would be. She also privately gave us all the time we needed to say goodbyes. It was a very difficult day but the staff at FM 685 Animal Hospital was able to lessen the pain and provide a level of comfort much needed in order to get through it as easy as possible.

Great place for our dog’s (Nala’s) care. The vets give special attention and are very knowledgeable. They’re available easily on-call for pup emergencies. They even recognize her and have been a part of her growth since she was an 8-week old puppy.

So far we’re happy! I just got a puppy so he has only been seen twice but I have no complaints. I love that I don’t have to get out of the car they come right out to get him. (Due to covid) His visits have been very prompt. I too “shopped” around to see other vets prices in the area and it all seems pretty comparable. Happy with the service.

Went in today needing desperate help with my female pitbull, and everything was taken care of to my satisfaction . All I can say is he is an amazing veterinarian and the staff here are wonderful.. . I will not be going to any other vets from now on only to this one.
