I cannot say enough good things about Brooke Daniel and Jacqueline!!! Not only does Brooke go out of her way to educate the Hutto community about real estate issues, but she (and Jacqueline) went out of their way to ensure my home sale process went smoothly. They stayed in constant contact with me, and walked me through every step. I knew I could count on them to guide me, listen to my concerns/needs, and hold my hand when something did not go as planned. They work hard for their clients, and are always available. I choose Hippo Realty to also assist me when purchasing my new home. I received the exact same assistance. In fact, they are still helping me now with questions that I have even though I have closed on my new home. That reflects they care about their clients, and put them first.

We recently bought our first house and I couldn’t have been happier with the help of Hippo Realty! Brooke and Jacqueline were so helpful and supportive. They made sure to answer any questions we had and were ready to go to bat for us with the Loan and builder companies. They always replied in a timely manner. Hippo Realty made the process less stressful and I highly recommend utilizing them!

Brooke and Jacqueline were absolute angels! We built a home with KB, and it was one of the worst experiences. Brooke and Jacqueline stepped in and took over all the communication for us. They were persistent and always made sure that whatever issue we were having was acknowledged and taken care of by the builder. She is so attentive, always texts/emails/calls asap anytime we need her. Even now, post closing, she is still helping us when the builder doesn't come to do things they need to do. She also recommended a great inspector and was able to advise us when it came to things we weren't sure needed to be fixed or not. It was so nice having someone on our side to deal with/guide us through all the things we didn't understand (this was our very first home purchase). I will absolutely work with Brooke and Jacqueline again in the future!!

Brooke Daniel and her team, Jacqueline & Amy, at Hippo Realty did an absolutely fantastic job selling our home. Brooke was incredibly attentive, organized, knowledgeable & perceptive about the market and made extremely astute suggestions about how to best sell our home. She even attended our closing just three days after having major surgery! We could not have asked for a more dependable, kind, accommodating and qualified realtor. I’ve worked with Brooke on several properties in the Pflugerville / Hutto / Round Rock area and have always found her services to be outstanding. She does great marketing and when you lock in sales she keeps you informed on contract dates and any pro’s / cons of the contracts. My latest sale was my mother’s house and it meant the world to our family that Brooke to her time to explain everything to my elderly Mom. Hippo Realty is a great resource that I always lean on for any of my real estate needs.
