Covert Country of Hutto

The sales and finance team at Covert Chevrolet Hutto were top notch. My husband contacted the dealership about a couple of suburbans he was interested in buying. They pulled the two suburbans to the front of the lot and were ready for him when he arrived. The sale from beginning to end took less than three hours. We will recommend Covert Chevrolet to all our family and friends.

Went back in to follow up on a vehicle I liked and it was a great time! The staff was friendly, the salesmen joked light-heartedly amongst each other so it was nice to be in a relaxed environment. The salesman i worked with, Jake, was easy going and was open to hearing about my needs - a nice change from some of the pushier salesmen I've encountered at other dealerships.
I had enough time to chat with the manager on the floor, Craig, and I even got to have a good laugh as I waited for finance to finalize the purchase. There was a small wait, nothing out of the ordinary for a busy dealership. Once I got in, Mr. Perez was excellent at detailing the offerings and providing feedback on questions and concerns.

It was a long wait but everything else was ok

I was looking for a clean used vehicle, Kelly Mercer was a great help, by pointing out pluses and minuses of the vehicles I was looking at. I weighed all of his input and chose the best option.
