“Before going to details of our experience I want to say that initially we went over reviews of this school and were impressed by the happy experiences posted by parents but were also a bit nervous by a few negative reviews. Provided the interesting fact; the negative reviews were written in the same style and have date/time stamps pointing to the opinion of the same family members written from different accounts. Owing to the large number of positive reviews, we decided to enroll our child and have our own experience. Our experience with their administration and owner is great. Their interaction with children clearly shows their love and care for children. We found their teachers passionate and Montessori program is child focused. We have nothing but to express our thanks for opening such a beautiful facility in the area. We read owner’s bio online and met her in-person, we were impressed that such a well-educated person is leading this Montessori and has passion for children’s education. Early childhood education needs such people so that our children learn on strong foundation. This is a relatively new facility in the area, opened just last year with very small class sizes and I am glad they hired and added teachers with growing enrollment in my child’s classroom. Still, they are well below Texas teacher-child ratio and hence my child gets individual attention that he needs at this growing age. All in all, we are very happy, and my child is also happy over there. We will highly recommend this Montessori daycare. P.S. in one of recent reviews we read a parent complaining about refund of tuition, not sure what was their expectation as we have not been to any daycare or gym facility where tuition or monthly subscription was refundable.”

“The technician arrived at the time established and did an amazing job while going the extra miles(literally) to get the job done right! Replaced my completely worn out wheel bearing for cheaper than any shop quote I had received. After my stubborn stuck wheel bearing stripped the technicians tool, he took an extra trip to a hydraulic press to get it removed. Though this was an inconvenience to the technician, he was true to his price and his word. I would highly recommend this company over any traditional shop to anyone in need. Side note: there is a video of the extremely worn wheel bearing on my 09 Honda Accord on their Facebook page.”

“I am in the process of preparing my home to be on the market. I reached to SALT through their website. Someone contacted me within 24 hours! The young lady I spoke to was very responsive and friendly. She listened to all my needs and concerns. I called on a Saturday and SALT could schedule the techs on Monday. I was impressed they could come out that soon. Monday arrived quickly. Brett and Jorge were the two techs sent to my home. They called me 15-20 minutes before arriving. They wore shoe coverings to protect the carpet. Brett informed me he listened to my phone call and read the notes the young lady provided him. I had to explain very little to him what I needed done. Their plan of action was incredible! They started from the outside, working their way inside the home. I had some light switches changed out, kitchen light installed, and my outside electric sockets fixed. They performed this job in under 3 hours. Brett also took the extra step to review the safety of my electric items in prep to sell my home. Now I'm aware of what needs to be fixed and the cost. I also like that they provided me several different quotes and not just one. That is very important to me as I can make the decision on what to tackle first. They also offer finance options which is always a bonus in my eyes. I can't believe I almost forgot to mention their work is covered under a 2 year warranty at no extra cost. I would use this company again in a heartbeat. For me it is not just about affordable prices but techs who care about the job they are performing as well as ensuring the customer is happy. I was truly blown away by the service I received. Many companies should be striving to be like SALT!”
