(August 23, 2022, 8:44 pm)What a great experience and a great result. I had purchased some items I needed engraved as a gift and I was terrified of it getting ruined somehow. I called and talked to Ruth. She explained their process, put me at ease and made the whole thing so easy. It was even done a day earlier than I originally requested. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

From my initial contact to receiving the final product, I was very impressed with their communication, skill and professionalism. They are now my "go to" company for any etching/engraving needs whether for military gifts, special occasions, or otherwise.
(April 12, 2019, 9:10 am)We had Renaissance Awards do the engraving for our wedding and it was awesome. These guys literally went out of their way to make our wedding very special and unique.
Originally, we ordered 150 pint glasses to be personalized as party favors. We were offered several designs and after narrowing it down to two, they created two samples for us (free of charge) to make our decision easier.
We were so surprised by this kind gesture and how great the samples looked that we chose to do both designs. When we picked up our order we were so pleased at the quality that we ordered engraved pepper and parmesan shakers as well as bridesmaid champagne flutes each with their own initials.
Again, everything turned out amazing so we had them rush order 2 large pilsner glasses for us (bride & groom).
We also added YETI tumblers at the very last minute for groomsmen gifts, these were each personalized with their own designs.
Then to top it of we had them create custom wood signs. A cake topper, “Bride” and “Groom” chair signs, and a “Here Comes the Bride” sign that had our names and the date of our wedding.
Once more we were very impressed with the quality.
Overall, the entire process was made very simple and we cannot thank this team enough, I would definitely recommend Renaissance to anyone. Overall a great experience!
(October 18, 2018, 1:53 pm)Ruth and the team were amazing. We ordered a beautiful engraved decanter set with whiskey glasses for a special gift at a conference. They got the order done promptly and with such great customer service. When a staff member of the events center dropped the decanter and shattered it one day before the award/gifting ceremony, we contacted Ruth desperately hoping they could get us a replacement. She helped us out and we had a decanter in time for the ceremony and no one was the wiser that anything had gone wrong. Highly recommend!

We give several different types of awards on different occasions and every single one they have done for us has been on time as promised and absolutely flawless, not to mention well priced for a great value. These awards are unique, beautiful and something that the people who receive them are proud of and proud to display. They also do a great job of calling attention to the organization (the Equity Center) that is giving the award. Ruth is very professional, extremely artistic and talented and she will help you design any award to meet your needs.
I promise you will love her work and working with her to create awards and gifts you and your organization are proud to give. Ruth is absolutely the best in the business. I don't care where you go, you will not find anyone better. And did I say, she is an absolute pleasure to work with. Well, she is!
