I went to O'Reilly to have my car battery checked. I was not surprised to find out that it was toast and I needed a new one. I purchased it and he went right out and installed it in my car. He also tested it after to make sure all was good. I was there maybe 10 to 15 minutes total. They were fast, friendly and provided the best customer service I have had in a long time. They were awesome!

I was greeted as soon as the i touched the door, I had no wait time at all. Fast & polite, Now that’s service. My car battery finally died. The gentleman that was helping me was able to get part right away he also created a new rewards card for me. And as i was ready to leave, he lubed my battery’s power supply. So when i got back home all I did was drop my new battery in and connect.

Great customer service. The new manager really cares about her customers and will go out of her way to make sure they are happy with their purchase. Highly recommend for all you automotive needs. Great team.
