Woot! Woot! Olga is so incredibly awesome with helping me move from Fairfax Virginia to Round Rock, TX. Then to finally meet her face to face after driving 1,500 miles by myself. She's patient and problem solver especially when it was my fault. Give her a raise and just say thank you for working for Public Storage.

My Public Storage experience was an amazing one because I wasn't aware of climate control for my household goods. When I first came in I was greeted with professionalism from Tasha Oliver. She explained everything impeecably and even escorted me to the back to ensure it was the right size I needed. I had another incident come up and once again she came through to help me and ensure that I'm taking care of to the max! It feels good to deal with someone that you feel actually cares for you, and all of your household goods. Please ensure that you keep her around Public Storage because her customer service was AMAZING. She really cares for the customers and when I call in I'll politely asked to talk with her! Thank you Tasha and Public Storage.

Tasha waited on me ALL DAY when I transferred units. Olga took my request and within 3 days I had a specific unit in the exact location I’ve been looking for. This storage is the best I’ve dealt with in Austin! Highly recommended!

I had never had use storage before, so I was a little nervous to bring my household items in such place, but when I meet Ms. Olga, wow! I was so relieved of the way she explained everything to me. She made me feel at ease. She is a wonderful lady and your company is very fortunate to have an employee like. Please keep up the good work. I'm glad Ms. Olga was there when I needed the help.
