Grand Mesa CrossFit

I’ve done competitions and events at Grand Mesa for years and have always had a great experience. Finally decided to get in there to work out and I am loving it. The energy is incredible and the coaches are patient with me as the coach me and my form. The community is unmatched of course. I’ve always heard great things about the CrossFit community and I can see that now. I’m excited to see how I’ll grow and experience new things there.

GMCF has provided so much more than just an awesome challenging workout. It has provided mental clarity when I needed it most this year and focus only on my goals for one hour a day, pushing myself to my limits. My Daughter joined shortly after they opened and I followed suit a few years later. I joined again at the beginning of 2023 and it has provided exactly what I’ve been missing, making myself and health a priority. GMCF is the truly the Best Workout Family Ever :)

Great gym all around. I usually trained with Rebecca, the owner, and she’s an awesome coach. All the people in the classes are friendly too. Give it a try if you’re looking for a CrossFit gym!

Spent 3 days in the Austin area and this box welcomed me with open arms. Coaches were encouraging and helped me with form, and the members were extra friendly. Can’t wait to come back!

I'm from Houston and dropped in while visiting family in Liberty Hill and DEFINITELY picked the right box. The facility was spacious, neat and clean. Coach Kyle was attentive and thoroughly went through the warm ups and WOD. Added bonus the members were incredibly welcoming from remembering my name through the whole class and helped me clean up my equipment. I left so satisfied that I chose the right box! CHECK THEM OUT!
