I had an accident where I was rear ended. I had in the past used caliber collision at a different location, so I requested the insurance company setup an appointment with them. Even though the appointment was a couple days later than some other options, I knew I would get quality work on my jeep. I got regular text and call updates from Brad detailing the parts on order and expectations for the timeline. I felt comfortable and there was no stress in the process. Fast forward less than two weeks and the car honestly looks better than it did before. In addition to the repair, they shined up the car so bright it is blinding.
