I just moved into this apartment complex recently, and I’m already so impressed! They had a petting zoo right outside my door it was such an unexpected and amazing surprise! It turned into a super fun day where I got to meet a bunch of my neighbors and spend time together. 🐐🐰

All of the staff were so friendly and helpful, making sure everyone felt welcome and included. You can really tell they care about creating a sense of community here. Such a great start to living here can’t wait to see what’s next!

Living here has been great the last 5 years and I plan on continuing to live here. This isn’t just an apartment; it’s a home because of the amazing staff!!

The leasing office is absolutely amazing! Everyone is so nice, helpful, and professional. They always go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need and are quick to assist with any questions or concerns. I really appreciate how friendly and supportive they are — it makes living here such a great experience!

I’ve wanted to wait a little bit before writing this review as I only moved in about a month ago, but at this point I am just completely and totally blown away by this apartment community. Of every place I have ever lived at this is hands down the single best apartment complex I have ever signed a lease with.

I’ll start with the staff, Hailey gave my family and I our tour with the unit that we would be moving into. We had some major problems with another apartment complex that we had applied for doing some intense shady things that ultimately resulted in us having to find a new place to live with less than a week before we had to move out of our old apartment. She listened intently to our cry for help and made sure to do absolutely every single thing in her power to ensure that we would be able to move in before the end of that week, the genuine care and empathy she showed my family in a highly stressful situation (my wife was also due to give birth to our first child the following week) is unlike anything I have experienced from any landlord or apartment faculty ever. She remembered us by name and always knows who she is talking to when we call the office. We were not treated like just more dollar signs, they showed us that they wanted us to live there and not just pay them rent but to provide a home for us and give us a feeling of safety and stability. Hailey has also treated our extended family just as kindly when we had lots of visitors coming to see the newborn and made sure that everyone who came in that time was just as welcomed. Incredible care and if her manager is reading this you have got to keep her around because she makes a difference here!

Upon moving in we did have some issues that popped up here and there with the unit itself, our water heater kept turning off by itself, our dishwasher clogged and wouldn’t drain, and the freezer started making loud crazy noises. Typical maintenance issues for older appliances as we were definitely not the first tenants to use them. I put in maintenance requests for these and within less than 24 hours I had each request responded to with maintenance at my door ready to work and they made sure that the job got done. I’ve never had such ease getting my work orders responded to anywhere else, and they were happy to do it. Anywhere else I have lived at it felt like I was just causing problems by even mentioning any issues but Sarah by ARIUM makes sure that each tenant has the best quality living experience.

The community itself is great and has many sidewalks in between the buildings like little alleyways as well as some beautiful nature in the surrounding area to admire. Many other people living here go on walks because the neighborhood is quite safe and practically begs you to get outside. Many of the people living here have decorated their front patios and front lawns to their own unique taste and it adds a lot of charm to the neighborhood. It doesn’t have that corporate arm reaching down making everything look bland and lifeless.

This place has been a 10/10 for myself and my family and because of that we plan to call this place our home for as long as they will keep us. Thank you again to Hailey and the maintenance team!

I LOVE this apartment community. It’s townhome style, so it’s not your “typical apartment“ feel. I have lived in many apartment communities, and this one is truly the most outstanding one. The leasing office staff and maintenance team are extremely thorough, prompt, and helpful in all correspondence. Haley and Vanessa both go above and beyond for their residents. Both of them have worked here for a while as well, which speaks volumes about the management company and retaining their employees. The pool is great, the workout facility is great, the community events they do are super fun and festive; we always enjoy going to them! I don’t have one single complaint in the year I have been here, and even referred some friends to move over here as well! Such a tucked away gem, this community has been wonderful!
