A true angel!!! Within 5 min of having a nasty breakout of termites swarming out of our ceiling, he came to our rescue and solved the issue immediately. Not only does he have honest pricing, but very sweet, knowledgeable (explains exactly the situation), and easy to communicate with about everything. He has a customer for life in us and probably many others since we will refer him to everyone.

I called Charles yesterday for a termite inspection. He was here today promptly at 10. He identified the problems and treated for the termites on the spot.
He was professional, cordial, and knowledgeable. He left a sticker with the date of treatment and chemicals used to treat for termites. He is also submitting a report to the HOA.

Working with Charles is great, he’s punctual and quick to respond. He visits us once a quarter or as needed. We haven’t had any issues with anything. Every now and then there will be a critter in the garage and it’s always dead. Just like he told us. As far as pest control goes I’m not calling anyone else.
