Care First Walk-In Clinic

Each visit to any health care provider can be different and evoke different feelings. This is dependent upon numerous factors; how busy they are, what has transpired just before your appearance, personal problems of the staff, etc. The most important is who you deal with once you are being treated/examined. In my case this was the NP named Katie. She was one of the nicest, most professional people I have ever dealt with. She is knowledgeable, patient, appears caring, listens, never dismisses your concerns, explains her rationale in detail, and is simply an incredibly pleasant person. As someone who has dealt with health care providers from the inside as well as from the perspective of a patient, I can say this is one of the best all around experiences I have ever had in any facility. I just walked in, filled out the best SHORT up front paperwork ever in about 30 seconds, and was being seen in less than 5 minutes. Everyone I dealt with was very nice. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Had an issue with wait time where I had to leave and get my daughter, but Kaela contacted me and made it right. Super appreciative. Hopefully I will be on the road to recovery soon. I really value the fact that she reached out way past office hours to make sure I could get the medical care I needed! ❤️

Took my daughter here when I thought she had strep. We were seen by a nurse practitioner in about an hour. Both the tech and the nurse practitioner were very caring and kind. They billed my insurance, I paid my copay and they called in the prescription right away, which I was able to pick up within 20 minutes. I love having quick care right here in Liberty Hill that doesn't require an appointment. Thank you Kaela for making this mom's life easier!

Another truly amazing visit at Care First Walk-In Clinic. I was able to make an appointment and get seen by Kaela Thurman NP without waiting months. I assigned her as my PCP and I feel confident that I am getting the BEST care available! She listens to my concerns and comes up with a treatment plan while including me in the discussion. Can’t thank her and Care First enough for helping to keep me healthy and strong! I am EXTREMELY SATISFIED with the interaction and treatment provided at Care First Walk-In Clinic. All of the Practitioners are fully qualified, hard working, loving, and full of positive energy!
