The PM visited the site regularly and stayed in tune with progress of the job and noticed when changes needed to be made by his team. He took the time at first to walk me through a couple of things to verify if it was something I may easily fix without having to hire him. I appreciated that honesty. Turned out I did indeed need professional help and he scheduled time immediately. He found the problem, which was an underground pipe leak between the meter and my home. He completed the job quickly and at a very reasonable price. Since then my water usage has dropped and no more notice of a possible leak. Would absolutely hire again.”
