(June 15, 2021, 1:32 pm)Contacting the offices is easy and they are always nice and understanding. My boyfriend and I lived in a condo through Ridgehill for over two years and we always loved the staff. The maintenance team responded quickly and took care of any issues we had in a timely manner. The only reason we moved out was because of an out of state job opportunity. Otherwise, we would have continued leasing through Ridgehill forever!

I've lived here for 5yrs & the staff is always wonderful and attentive. They maintain the property and maintenance fixes problems promptly. Highly recommend properties from Ridge Hill.

(April 3, 2019, 4:38 pm)I have been a tenant with this company for 5 years and I’m sad to be leaving only because they didn’t have a 4bdrm available. They have been so wonderful! They are always attentive to any issue I’ve had and the maintenance staff has been just as wonderful in getting the job done the right way. Lou Anne and Lucie are such great people and always very responsive with all my sill questions. They were so helpful with my transfer when I decided to transfer from a 2brm to a 3bdrm. I’m really they didn’t have a 4bdrm available. I can’t say enough great things about them. I will truly miss being a tenant of theirs!
