Big Tuna is the man! Great timely service, also my wings were cold and he took care of it pronto. Definitely recommend asking for him. Also after I twisted both ankles bowling he even brought out double ice packs that got me back on my feet again THANK YOU BIG TUNA!
I had sandy and Courtney as a host and they were so attentive and fast with getting me sat!! I was worried about the long line but the made sure it went by quickly. And don’t let me get started on my waitress Michelle!! She was just so nice and sweet!! Would definitely Be back just for her she served me and my friend drinks and helps us decide on our food! Really an A+ server!!
I would give 6 stars if I could.
Service:
outstanding service from Niki. She had extensive menu knowledge and her recommendations were on point!!
Food:
Per Nikki’s advice I had the Bessie & Porky and omg come hungry! If heaven was a burger I think I found it here. I can’t wait to come back and try other options on the menu. Everything looked so good if took me two beers before I could even decide. I highly recommend giving this place a shot. You will not be disappointed!
Pictures:
I was so hungry I ate it before I could even get a picture 😂
The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Michelle, our server, heard us talking about the dish our kid wanted having gluten and warned us that the cheese fries we ordered were loaded with gluten also, recommending alternatives here & at the sweet shop upstairs. Everyone was properly attentive & service was quick. I saw some shakes on the way in that looked absolutely amazing, but we weren't ready for sweets yet.
The cons: overpriced like most resorts ($13 for a plain Ceasar salad).
Both times we've been here the food has been too salty even for my husband's tastes, which means REALLY too salty for me.
Great atmosphere! Food is good too, except some of the burger buns were harder than normal. Prices as expected for such places being inside the Kalahari resort. Portions - regular.
Our server, Aspen, is very attentive, very pleasant, a great example of what customer service person is. Fast refills...kept checking on us. Thank you!
