Christian Brothers Automotive Round Rock

Great guys in Round Rock. A little expensive but great service. I still need minor repairs such as renewing my battery ( was told you're supposed to renew your car battery every two years) plus their waiting area is clean and there is variety of snacks/drinks if needed. Will definitely be using them if or when my car needs service. (Plus, they have courtesy vehicle shuttle if you need a ride anywhere while they fix your car)

Great customer service by Nathan Johnson. I wouldn't have been able to have my car serviced had they not volunteered their shuttle service to drop me off and pick me up as my schedule allowed. Amazing communication and clear, no pressure conversations about what they saw and what I wanted to accomplish. His willingness to make sure my goals were met was exactly what I hoped the experience would be like when I chose Christian Brothers Automotive to service my vehicle. Additionally, their use of technology to make estimates, invoices, and payments accessible from any device helps out tremendously.

Great shop with great people! Just a quick phone call and everything was handled with such ease. They ordered parts needed for my car and had the issue taken care of really quickly and efficiently at a very reasonable price and cheaper compared to other shops! My car is running perfectly now! I was in a crunch and needed my front brakes & rotors done on the same day. I called Christian Brothers and they were able to get me in the same day & get the work done on the same day. They offered complimentary shuttle service to & from my apartment. They were very patient with me, seeing as though I was doing all of this with 4 year old with me. I HIGHLY recommend The Christian Brothers. The quality & service you get here us unmatched! I will be back & I will be recommending them to my family & friends 🙂
